With years of experience and internationally certified project managers, we are able to provide a comprehensive service in the area of project design and writing of project proposals, with reference to both European and national calls.
We support our partners in finding the best call for their project idea, assess its feasibility, manage the planning of the writing and the definition of timeframe, objectives and resources. The vast network of contacts, of different types and at different levels, also allows us to help in the definition of the consortium, creating networks among entities from different fields.
As regards project management, our team can take on the role of Project Manager or support the Project Coordinator, either by participating as a partner or through an external contract, to facilitate efficient management, monitoring time and cost schedules’ compliance, assessing and monitoring risks, and implementing the consequent corrective actions where necessary.
We support public and private entities in all phases of cost reporting, in accordance with the administrative and financial provisions of different kinds of calls (e.g. European or national).
We also take care of the planning and implementation of project dissemination and communication activities, as well as the identification, involvement and monitoring of stakeholders and of citizen engagement activities which are increasingly required within project proposals.
